The Challenge

Summit Construction was expanding rapidly into Alberta while managing multiple active Ontario sites. Each new site needed temporary and permanent network infrastructure, security cameras, and structured cabling — but Summit had no single vendor capable of handling multi-province deployments under one project manager. Previous attempts with regional contractors resulted in inconsistent standards, missed timelines, and no unified documentation. The Alberta expansion was at risk of a 3-month delay.

Our Solution

Dandee Digital took on the full scope as the single point of contact for all 7 sites. We deployed a standardized infrastructure template across every location — consistent cable labelling, identical camera placement logic, and the same managed network hardware — so Summit's IT team could manage all sites identically. A dedicated project manager coordinated logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight across both provinces. All documentation, as-built drawings, and warranty records were delivered in a single handoff package.

The Result

All 7 sites were delivered on schedule, with the Alberta expansion completing 3 weeks ahead of the original contractor timeline. Summit's IT team reported a 60% reduction in site-to-site support calls due to infrastructure standardization. Dandee Digital is now Summit's preferred infrastructure vendor for all future site expansions.
